GOLFWORKS is the MGA Foundation’s cornerstone program
GOLFWORKS began 30 years ago with 12 students and now provides paid summer internships to more than 300 students each year at MGA member clubs, thanks to the support of Founding Partner MetLife. Interns work in areas such as the golf shop, food and beverage, grounds, and clubhouse operations, gaining valuable first-job experience and life skills that support their education and future careers.
The GolfWorks program provides meaningful summer internships for high school students at more than 70 participating MGA Member Clubs throughout the Met Area!
